A onelink.to alternative
Both send visitors to the right store with one link and a QR code. The differences are in the prices and where features like the API, your own domain and opening the app start.
onelink.to has been around since 2011 and does its core job well: one link and QR code that send iPhones to the App Store and Android phones to Google Play. Its free plan has 3 links, and features are spread across four paid plans from $10 to $80 a month.
SetLinks does the same core job, adds AppGallery and RuStore routing and a page for in-app browsers, and its API, custom domains and opening the installed app all come with plans from $9 a month. Below is the full picture, including what moving costs you — the honest part is that printed QR codes point at onelink.to’s domain.

Pick SetLinks if
- You want your own domain, open-in-app or an API: on SetLinks all three come with plans from $9 a month, against $40 on onelink.to.
- You publish on AppGallery or RuStore as well, or many of your visitors come from Instagram and TikTok.
- You want an API that creates and edits links, not only one that reads stats.
Pick onelink.to if
- You already run many links there and the price suits you — printed QR codes point at their domain, and moving them has a real cost.
- You rely on deferred deep linking on Android, which onelink.to offers and SetLinks does not.
- You want styled QR codes with your logo, or separate links for Windows and Mac.
What SetLinks does
- One short link and QR code per app: iPhone to the App Store, Android to Google Play, Huawei to AppGallery, RuStore for apps not on Google Play or AppGallery, computers to your website and everyone else to your fallback URL.
- In-app browsers such as Instagram and TikTok, which often cannot open a store, get a page with an “Open in store” button instead of a dead end.
- Click analytics by day, platform, country and source, with CSV export. QR scans count as clicks and are also shown on their own; link-preview bots are not counted at all.
- Change destinations at any time — the address and printed QR codes stay the same.
- On plans that include them: your own domain (go.yourbrand.com), opening your app when it is installed (iPhone on setlinks.io, iPhone and Android on your domain), campaign tags passed to the stores, teams with roles and a REST API with read and write keys.
What it does not do
- There is no SDK, so no deferred deep linking: a link is not carried through the install into a screen inside your app.
- It does not attribute installs to ad networks. It passes the campaign to the store, so App Store Connect and Google Play Console show installs per link.
Moving from onelink.to, step by step
Links are quick to move. Printed QR codes are the real question, so plan around them.
- List your onelinks Write down each link’s App Store, Google Play and fallback addresses, and where it is used: website, emails, ads, bios, print.
- Recreate them in SetLinks Create one SetLinks link per onelink with the same destinations. Add AppGallery, RuStore and a desktop page if they apply.
- Swap the digital links first Replace the addresses on your website, in email templates, ads and social bios. Watch the first clicks arrive in SetLinks to confirm the routing.
- Plan the printed QR codes A printed code points at onelink.to’s domain, so it only moves when it is reprinted. Keep the old onelinks running until the old print runs are used up, and put the SetLinks QR code on the next one.
- Bring your own domain along If your onelinks used a custom domain, point that subdomain at SetLinks and recreate the same paths: printed codes on your domain then keep working with no reprint. Only paths that fit a SetLinks link address carry over — lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, 3 to 64 characters, no slashes; codes with other paths, such as mixed-case ones, need a reprint.
- Close the old account last When the old links stop getting clicks, cancel the old plan. Until then both can run side by side.
Questions people ask
Is onelink.to the same as AppsFlyer OneLink?
No. onelink.to is a standalone smart link service from Sweden. OneLink is the link product inside AppsFlyer, an attribution platform that works with its SDK. This page compares SetLinks with onelink.to; AppsFlyer OneLink has its own comparison.
Will my printed onelink.to QR codes keep working if I switch?
Only as long as the onelink.to links stay active, because the codes point at their domain. Keep those links until the print runs are used up. Codes printed with your own domain can move to SetLinks without a reprint.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. SetLinks is free for 3 links with unlimited traffic and no card. onelink.to’s free plan has 3 links.
Which plan do I need for the API?
On SetLinks the API starts at $9 a month and can create and edit links as well as read stats. On onelink.to the Stats API starts on the $40 plan.
Does SetLinks do deferred deep linking like onelink.to on Android?
No. SetLinks has no SDK, so it does not pass a link through the install. It opens the right store, or the app itself when it is installed and open-in-app is on.
Can I import my onelinks automatically?
There is no one-click import. For a few links the dashboard takes a minute each; for many, the API can create them from a list.
