Signed in, you can also open a conversation from Support in the dashboard, or from Account → Support in the SetLinks app for iPhone and Android.
Delete your account
You can delete your SetLinks account yourself, at any time:
- In the SetLinks app (iPhone or Android): open Account, tap Delete account and confirm.
- On the web: sign in at app.setlinks.io, open Settings and choose Delete account.
- By email: if you can no longer sign in, write to support@setlinks.io from the address of the account; we may ask you to confirm it is you before we delete it.
If you own a team that has other members, transfer it to one of them or delete it first — the app and the dashboard show which teams are in the way.
Deleting your account deletes every team you own alone, with its links and their click statistics, its invitations, its API keys and its subscription; it removes you from other teams; then it deletes your account itself — your name, your email address and your sign-in. The Privacy Policy says what is kept after that, for how long and why.
